It's different for every athlete, and anyone who promises a quick timeline up front is guessing with your knee. A real ACL comeback takes time. We won't rush it — we clear you when your numbers say the knee is truly ready, so you don't end up right back here with a second tear.

Yes — and it's one of the smartest moves you can make. The stronger that knee goes into surgery, the faster and smoother it comes out. If surgery is on the calendar, the sooner we start, the better the comeback.

Completely fine — a lot of our athletes come to us partway through, usually because things stalled or they wanted a straight second opinion. We'll test where you actually are and build the plan that gets you the rest of the way.

Not directly — and it's the reason every visit is focused, one-on-one, and never rushed. You pay one clear price, use HSA/FSA, and we hand you the paperwork to claim money back on out-of-network visits. With your athlete's future on the line, this is not the place to cut corners.
